Dr. KAMRAN IZADPANAH 

 Advisory Council

Born in Iran, Kamran came to the U.S. at age 14 for his high school education, completed his university studies in engineering, and ultimately moved west where he became part of the MacNeal-Schwendler Corporation team that developed the publicly available NASTRAN (NASA STRuctural ANalysis) code which remains the industry standard that is widely used throughout the world in the aerospace, automotive and maritime industries.

   

Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of an industry leader in restaurant digital ordering, he is an innovative software executive with a rare blend of technical ability, business savvy and effective management skills cultivated during 35 years of progressive responsibility in company-wide strategic business development, product development, technical innovation and P/L responsibility. He has a solid track record in taking new products to market; extensive background in executing large-scale product, operational and technical plans; and a wealth of experience negotiating with major vendors and in presenting business plans to existing and potential investors.

    

A successful team builder with keen appreciation for the importance of individual team members, he has an intuitive and skilled appreciation of interactions between people, information, and business.

     

Kamran holds a Doctorate of Science/Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
