JERRY GONZALES II

Jerry A. Gonzales II serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. Prior to joining Lucas Museum, he worked at Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE), as the Senior Director of Talent, Learning and Culture. He also previously served as the Deputy Director of Operations for The Broad Center, and was responsible for supporting the ongoing infrastructure there (finance, technology, human capital) in service of two flagship leadership development programs: The Broad Residency and The Broad Academy. Before moving into the world of nonprofit management, Jerry served in several student affairs roles at UCLA. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Asian American Studies from UCLA, holds credentials as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and as a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He attended the University of West Los Angeles - College of Law, and is a certified mediator through the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College.
